CSA Group is proud to welcome Timothy Wales as the new Vice President of the Water Sector.
Timothy brings over 35 years of public works engineering experience spanning infrastructure planning, operations, design, and capital improvement program management. A Cornell University graduate who holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont, he is a licensed Professional Engineer across multiple states.
Throughout his distinguished career, Timothy has held pivotal senior leadership roles, including serving as Assistant Director for a major municipal water resources department where he managed a $2.5 billion capital improvement program as well as leading regional practices for prominent engineering firms. His deep technical expertise, history of driving innovative water solutions, and proven strategic vision will further strengthen CSA Group’s capabilities for our clients and communities.
