NYCHA Justice Sonia Sotomayor Houses Comprehensive Rehabilitation

The Sotomayor Houses are currently undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation project for exterior renovations. This includes work on 28 residential buildings and 3 non-residential buildings. CSA is playing a role as a subconsultant to Gannett Fleming, providing CM as agent support services for Phase 2A construction and post-construction phase services for the exterior renovations. The scope of work includes a complete replacement of the brick and roof, as well as the installation of new windows. Phase 2A specifically focuses on buildings 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
