Puerto Rico, February 4, 2026 — CSA Group proudly announces the appointment of Kiko Morillo, Jan Maduro, and José Otero to the 2027 National Hurricane Conference Puerto Rico Steering Committee, effective January 30, 2026. This prestigious selection recognizes their exemplary leadership and expertise within the region, underscoring CSA Group’s ongoing commitment to strengthening community partnerships and advancing disaster resilience.
Established by the National Hurricane Conference, the Steering Committee was formed to provide strategic leadership, local outreach, and guidance on content development for the 2027 National Hurricane Conference, scheduled for May 23–27, 2027, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The committee will also support engagement with local officials and stakeholders to help ensure the conference aligns with organizational objectives while addressing regional priorities.
Kiko Morillo, Jan Maduro, and José Otero each serve as Vice Presidents within CSA Group’s Business Development and Emergency Management practice. Together, they bring senior-level leadership and extensive experience in emergency management, disaster recovery, mitigation planning, and stakeholder coordination across the island. Their collective expertise will contribute to a conference that is both strategically sound and locally grounded.
